We provide these links as additional sources of information, and unless those websites have their own privacy policies, Out of Court’s privacy policy is not applicable. The information we ask you to supply is to serve your interests. By providing such information, you voluntarily consent to our use of it. When you visit our website, no information is collected that could identify you personally, unless you voluntarily choose to provide it.

We do not collect cookies or the like, and therefore you are free to browse anonymously and privately, without revealing any personal information about yourself. We do not collect any information used to create and distribute lists for marketing purposes to others.

Once you retain us to provide services to you and we have provided such services, and except for our legal obligation to report on court-mandated mediations in accordance with the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure, any information either collected online or otherwise is destroyed and no retention of same is made in any manner or by any means whatsoever. In other words, once we complete our mandate, we destroy all documentation provided to us.
